A specialist advisory firm is looking for a relationship‑driven Associate to build and nurture partnerships with accountancy firms across the UK. This is not a product‑sales role — it’s about credibility, trust and helping accountants access specialist R&D expertise for their clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a targeted portfolio of accountancy firms
  • Research firm profiles, client bases and sector focus
  • Engage partners and senior managers through thoughtful, professional outreach
  • Explain when R&D tax work becomes specialist and how expert support protects clients
  • Develop long‑term referral relationships built on trust and technical integrity
  • Coordinate introductions between accountants, clients and the technical team
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and track referrals, engagement and pipeline activity
