The opportunity:
The Marketing Manager will be part of our central marketing team, working with stakeholders in our Frazer Jones brand in the UK and Europe and supporting global marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll deliver the marketing strategy for Frazer Jones in the UK and Europe and support the global brand marketing strategy. You will also support The SR Group brand as and when needed.
- You’ll be working across a broad marketing mix (including digital media, advertising, development and production of thought leadership and digital content, social media, events (virtual and in-person), email marketing and managing websites, analytics, and SEO. You’ll also work with stakeholders to develop the marketing plans where needed to ensure the brands’ position in the marketplace and generate leads for the businesses.
- You will manage the delivery of B2B and B2C marketing across acquisition, content marketing, engagement, CRM, lead generation, and brand guardianship.
- In addition, you will contribute to key global marketing projects, including marketing automation, ROI tracking, and brand development.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave within the team.
Skills required
- Minimum three years' experience working in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment. Recruitment experience would be advantageous, as would an understanding of HR
- Experience in building and managing a budget, including negotiating supplier contracts
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-through skills – experience in building trusted internal relationships and strong stakeholder management
- Knowledge of marketing performance metrics, including social media tracking, website statistics, and measuring ROI from marketing activities such as events and content campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; comfortable with data and analysis
- Experience with marketing automation or email campaign software – ideally Hubspot – and in setting up and running marketing automation to drive acquisition and retention, as well as improve customer experience and conversions
- Experience using a website CMS, ideally WordPress
