Role Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will:
- Execute Marketing Campaigns : Spearhead creative marketing initiatives for client-facing products, such as trading platforms and liquidity services, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, including designers and agencies.
- Strengthen Brand Identity : Support a major rebranding initiative and extend the brand to new ventures and audiences.
- Develop Compelling Content : Produce thought-leadership and educational content to enhance the company’s reputation and engage partners.
- Increase Industry Presence : Elevate the company’s profile through strategic media placements, industry events, and speaking engagements, coordinating with event managers.
- Analyse Performance : Leverage data-driven insights to track campaign outcomes and report key metrics to inform strategy.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant Experience : 3-5 years in marketing, within a Crypto, Blockchain or Web3 firm
- Proven Impact : A track record of achieving measurable results, with examples of independently created campaigns or content.
- Versatility : Familiarity with multiple marketing disciplines (e.g., branding, content, events) and the ability to quickly master new areas. Knowledge of crypto or fintech is advantageous but not essential.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset : A hands-on, adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of outcomes.
