They are looking to hire a Senior GTM Engineer to help design, build and own the systems that power the go‑to‑market strategy to get them in front of the right people at the right times.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build automated pipelines to enrich, segment and prioritise target accounts (CFOs, finance leaders, PE‑backed businesses).
  • Integrate multiple data sources (e.g. company, deal, and market intelligence) to identify real‑time trigger events.
  • Design and run multi‑channel outbound infrastructure (email + LinkedIn).
  • Create highly contextual, non‑templated outreach that converts.
  • Automate follow‑ups, scheduling and handoffs so senior stakeholders stay focused on conversations.
  • Own and evolve the GTM tech stack (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, AI tooling).
  • Build dashboards and reporting that track performance across the funnel.
  • Identify and remove pipeline bottlenecks through automation and engineering.
