My client is looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to help scale a high‐growth, award‐winning advisory firm supporting companies worldwide.
In this role, you will build and lead a best‐in‐class commercial engine—driving smarter targeting, stronger pipelines, and more impactful marketing and BD activity across Europe, North America and APAC.
What you'll do:
- Shape and execute the commercial & marketing strategy with clear KPIs
- Build a structured BD pipeline and improve lead qualification & conversion
- Own CRM systems (HubSpot) and deliver data-driven insights
- Use tools like Pitchbook, Cognism & LinkedIn to identify deals, trends and priority targets
- Lead ABM campaigns, thought-leadership activation and event‐driven outreach
- Drive commercial effectiveness: segmentation, key accounts, upsell strategies
- Partner with senior leaders to embed best-practice commercial processes
- Report on BD & marketing performance to continuously refine strategy
What you bring:
- Experience in consulting, private equity or adjacent professional services
- Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement
