This role sits within a leading international insurance firm and will play a key role in leading the company-wide Business Development and Client strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team. You will sit amongst a high-performing senior leadership team and provide insights on BD/client development and overall strategic initiatives for the UK/EMEA side of the business.
The Head of Business Development will set the UK/EMEA BD strategy and approach with a focus on driving collaboration across the firm and manage a high-performing BD Manager. You will ensure best practice and enhance the use of systems and procedures to align with the overall firm strategy.
The successful candidate for the role will have head of (or equivalent) level of experience across business development from the legal/insurance sector or professional services with a strong understanding of insurance.
