A leading US law firm is seeking a highly organised, proactive Events Executive to support the delivery of high‑quality client events across the firm’s international platform. Working closely with US‑based marketing and business development teams, as well as partners and lawyers across multiple offices, you will help execute a broad programme of client‑facing events that reflect the firm’s standards, culture, and commercial priorities.
You will play a key role in coordinating in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events including client dinners, webinars, roundtables, conferences, symposia, and sponsored engagements, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional service, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
Key Responsibilities- Event administration including invitations, RSVP lists, data accuracy, budgets, vendor details, and digital/print assets.
- Logistics management across venues, A/V, virtual platforms, speaker coordination, branded materials, and attendee experience.
- On‑site and virtual support to ensure smooth delivery for guests, speakers, and internal stakeholders.
- Venue and supplier research and relationship management across multiple locations and price points.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with Design, Communications, Digital/CRM, Client Services, DEI, and IT.
- Advising on event formats and best‑fit approaches for target audiences.
- Contributing insights on event trends within the legal and professional services sector.
- At least two years’ experience in a law firm events.
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving and technical capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (ideally Salesforce/Pardot).
