A leading international law firm is seeking a CRM Specialist to join its London office and take ownership of CRM data quality, governance and user support. This is a pivotal role within the Marketing & Business Development team, working closely with senior stakeholders and global colleagues. The position comes at an exciting moment for the firm, as it prepares to transition from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud in 2026. The successful candidate will act as the London subject‑matter expert, ensuring the CRM is accurate, trusted and used effectively across the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM transition for the London office, acting as the local expert during the migration from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud and supporting smooth adoption across all user groups.
- Provide hands‑on user support, including one‑to‑one partner engagement, tailored training, and guidance on best‑practice CRM usage.
- Maintain high data quality, ensuring contact and company records are accurate, consistent and compliant with firm standards and data protection requirements.
- Manage and cleanse CRM data, including updating contact details, resolving duplicates, maintaining mailing lists and entering new records.
- Produce CRM reports and lists to support Business Development activity and improve data access across the team.
- Uphold data governance, maintaining clear processes, documentation and alignment with global CRM standards.

- Strong data stewardship skills, including data cleansing, governance and quality control.
