An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Communications Business Partner to join a leading international organisation on an interim basis, providing support to senior executives during a period of change.
This role would suit a seasoned communications professional who is comfortable operating at executive level, crafting compelling leadership communications and advising senior stakeholders in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver strategic communications.
- Draft speeches, presentations, briefing papers, talking points and executive messaging.
- Develop and implement internal and external communications plans.
- Manage communications activity across multiple high-profile projects and events.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and influence at all levels.
- Background
You will be a highly credible communications professional with experience supporting senior leadership teams and operating in complex stakeholder environments.
Key requirements include
- Ideal candidates will have a background in ESG, Responsible Investment, Asset Management, Investment Management, Financial Services, Sustainability, or Membership Organisations, operating within the investment and responsible business/investment landscape.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Significant experience working with executive and leadership teams.
- Exceptional writing, editing and copywriting abilities.
- Experience producing speeches, scripts, leadership messaging and briefing materials.
- Expertise in developing and delivering internal and external communications strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working with competing demands.
