Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of a global client feedback (client listening) programme, including pipeline management and stakeholder coordination.
- Produce regular insight reports, analysing client feedback trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist with and gradually lead client interviews, developing capabilities in direct client engagement.
- Prepare and deliver feedback presentations to senior stakeholders and client teams.
- Act as an internal ambassador for client listening, identifying opportunities to expand programme reach.
- Manage CRM records and ensure data accuracy across client engagement activity.
- Support a portfolio of global client teams, ensuring alignment with wider strategic objectives.
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials, alongside wider BD and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in business development, marketing, or communications within professional services (legal experience highly desirable).
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. InterAction) and handling data-driven insights.
- Commercial mindset with a client-first approach and strong attention to detail.
