An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Events Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of a varied programme of in person and virtual B2B events, from webinars to large‑scale networking events. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys stakeholder management, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality, commercially focused events.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full events lifecycle – from initial brief through to delivery, post‑event analysis and ROI reporting
  • Delivering high‑quality virtual events and webinars (Zoom & Microsoft Teams essential)
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Creating and proofing event marketing content and communications
  • Analysing performance, reporting on results and continuously improving future events

Background:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an events role, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Proven experience delivering both live and virtual events, including webinars
  • Strong technical confidence with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent project management, organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident stakeholder and supplier management skills
  • Comfortable with data, reporting, budgeting and performance metrics
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot) and website CMS highly desirable
  • Creative, proactive and full of ideas for new and engaging events
