This CRM Manager role will be joining a leading law firm and will lead the firm’s CRM function, driving platform excellence, maximising the value of client intelligence, and embedding CRM into the way our lawyers and partners work. This is a strategic role requiring technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s CRM data strategy, aligning with marketing and client objectives.
- Champion InterAction+ optimisation, advanced reporting, and automation to deliver measurable ROI.
- Provide strategic advisory to partners and senior stakeholders on client intelligence and business development opportunities.
- Drive firmwide adoption of CRM, embedding it into pitch preparation, client planning, and cross-practice collaboration.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and CRM roadmap development.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, data governance, and high-quality data standards.
- Line manage and mentor the CRM Executive, building team capability and delivering training across the firm.

- Proven experience managing CRM systems in a professional services environment.
- Advanced expertise in InterAction+, including reporting, segmentation, and platform optimisation.
- Track record of driving CRM adoption and demonstrating business development value.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture) and CRM integrations.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements.
