A well-established financial services firm is seeking an AVP, Employee Communications to shape and deliver impactful internal messaging. If you thrive on crafting compelling narratives, influencing leadership communication, and engaging employees through strategic content, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with senior leaders to enhance employee engagement through clear, effective communication
- Developing and executing internal messaging aligned with business objectives
- Creating content for a variety of internal platforms, including digital channels and live events
- Supporting cultural and organisational change initiatives through strategic storytelling
- Advising on crisis response and using employee insights to inform communication approaches
