This Director of Business Development and Marketing role sits within a leading fiduciary organisation and will play a key role in leading the organisation's global Business Development and Marketing strategy and provide the senior leadership skills focused on building a commercial proposition for the group. You will sit amongst a high performing senior leadership team and provide insights on improving client centric activities globally.
Responsibilities
- Set up the BD and Marketing framework and strategy and focus on driving collaboration across the organisation.
- Manage a small high performing BD and marketing team dedicated to the group.
- Ensure best practice and enhance the use of systems and procedures to sit in line with the overall firm strategy.
Qualifications
The successful candidate for the role will have Director (or equivalent) level of experience across business development and Marketing from the fiduciary industry with a strong understanding setting BD framework and strategy.
