This Digital Marketing Manager role is positioned in a leading law firm, coming in on a 14-month fixed term contract. In this role you will focus on enhancing the firm's reputation, building strategic relationships, and ultimately, contributing to revenue growth within the firms' core sectors (Technology, Life Sciences, Private Wealth, and Real Estate) and practices (Corporate, Disputes, and IP).
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Digital Development: Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand profile, website traffic, and user engagement across all online platforms.
- Digital Scope & Innovation: Analyse business drivers, gather technical requirements, and collaborate with fee earners and PSLs to identify opportunities for new web/app content and functionality.
- Team Leadership & Management: Oversee the digital team (including three UK-based Digital Executives) and an external digital agency, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to service level agreements.
- Platform Optimisation: Continuously review and improve our digital estate (website, social media, paid media, newsletters) for usability, readability, and best practices.
- Reach & Engagement: Advise on strategies to maximize reach through SEO, paid search, social media, display ads, and third-party media.
- Social Media Expertise: Guide the firm on best practice social media behavior and expectations, providing tools and guidance to facilitate engagement.
- International Collaboration: Liaise with international jurisdictions to ensure optimal utilization of digital platforms and social channels.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and measure online performance against KPIs, providing monthly insights and reports.
The successful candidate for the role will have proven digital marketing experience within a legal and/or professional services environment.
