Key Responsibilities
- Content creation — Produce high‑quality written materials including thought leadership, practice content, internal comms, website copy and awards submissions.
- Stakeholder collaboration — Work closely with partners and senior BD colleagues to develop content aligned with market trends and strategic priorities.
- Editorial excellence — Edit and refine drafts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, consistency and alignment with firm voice.
- AI‑enabled content — Champion the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining quality and tone.
- Campaign and BD support — Contribute to pitches, proposals, credentials, awards and wider BD initiatives.
- Quality control — Proofread and quality‑check materials to the highest standard.
- Content planning — Identify opportunities for new content aligned with practice and firm priorities.
About You
- Experienced writer/editor with a background in content, editorial or communications from a legal/law firm environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident working directly with senior stakeholders and establishing credibility quickly.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Skilled at translating complex subject matter into accessible, client‑focused content.
- Proactive, ideas‑driven and comfortable working to a brief while suggesting improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CMS or digital tools is a bonus.
