We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations/Services Manager to support a growing fund and ensure the smooth delivery of client servicing, regulatory processes, and marketing operations within the Investor Relations function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with third‑party marketers, transfer agents, and fund administrators.
  • Oversee core regulatory tasks, including passporting and key investor documentation.
  • Serve as a primary contact for client queries, onboarding, RFIs and RFPs.
  • Support platform onboarding and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Contribute to marketing materials, client reporting, and CRM updates.
  • Assist with investor outreach and broader marketing activity.
  • Prepare internal updates and collaborate with stakeholders across regions.

  • Strong UCITS experience is essential.
