We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations/Services Manager to support a growing fund and ensure the smooth delivery of client servicing, regulatory processes, and marketing operations within the Investor Relations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with third‑party marketers, transfer agents, and fund administrators.
- Oversee core regulatory tasks, including passporting and key investor documentation.
- Serve as a primary contact for client queries, onboarding, RFIs and RFPs.
- Support platform onboarding and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
- Contribute to marketing materials, client reporting, and CRM updates.
- Assist with investor outreach and broader marketing activity.
- Prepare internal updates and collaborate with stakeholders across regions.
About You
- Strong UCITS experience is essential.
- Background in investor servicing and Investor Relations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
