Coming into a blank piece of paper, this role will involve creating and implementing a business development and client relationship strategy from scratch.
Key Responsibilities- Key Account Programme & Strategy
- Develop and implement a global key account programme alongside a wider client account strategy.
- Lead initiatives to increase client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Establish best practices in client listening, account planning, and relationship selling.
- Support senior leadership in building deep, strategic client relationships.
- Sales Capability Development
