My client is looking for a Business Development Lead to help scale a high‑growth, award‑winning advisory firm supporting companies worldwide. In this role, you will build and lead a best‑in‑class commercial engine — driving smarter targeting, stronger pipelines, and more impactful marketing and BD activity across Europe, North America and APAC.

What you’ll do:

  • Shape and execute the commercial & marketing strategy with clear KPIs
  • Build a structured BD pipeline and improve lead qualification & conversion
  • Own CRM systems (HubSpot) and deliver data-driven insights
  • Use tools like Pitchbook, Cognism & LinkedIn to identify deals, trends and priority targets
  • Lead ABM campaigns, thought-leadership activation and event‑driven outreach
  • Drive commercial effectiveness: segmentation, key accounts, upsell strategies
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed best-practice commercial processes
  • Report on BD & marketing performance to continuously refine strategy
