The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the correct sales infrastructure and support are in place and kept up to date. You will also take ownership of our pursuit feedback programme, ensuring the firm's methodology evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Strategic Development Lead to identify and implement strategies for improving the sales infrastructure across the firm.
- Identify opportunities for automation and the implementation of new technologies to enhance client experience and improve the quality of sales outputs while managing cost and capacity.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify ways to improve support, enabling sales excellence.
- Attend and chair client and internal feedback sessions after bids, capturing learnings and feeding them into our firmwide sales methodology.
- Work with senior members of the Strategic Growth team to learn from our activities and identify ways to adapt the sales pursuits methodology or Account Management Methodology.
- Take responsibility for reporting on team performance and sales performance to key stakeholders.
- Identify Sales & BD training needs across the business to develop and implement a consistent approach to winning work.
- Work closely with the wider Clients & Markets team to ensure a truly integrated approach, including Sectors, Private Clients, Design/multimedia, Digital, External and Internal Comms, Client Experience, and Growth.
- Develop good working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and maximise internal buy-in and engagement with client teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle within a professional services environment.
- Ability to build an ecosystem that supports client-facing staff to be successful in the market.
- Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying and implementing automation and new technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
