This is a pivotal role within a high-performing function that blends marketing, digital, client relationship management, and business development expertise to drive strategic growth across the firm.
As the Real Estate Business Development Manager, you will lead the BD strategy for one of the UK’s most respected Real Estate divisions. You will be instrumental in driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and market visibility through innovative campaigns, strategic planning, and collaborative initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape the future of the division, working alongside senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute business development initiatives aligned with the Real Estate division’s strategic goals
- Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and commercial insights to inform planning
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, industry bodies, and referral networks
- Collaborate with new business and client relationship teams on bids, pursuits, and account strategies
