This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and executing business development and marketing initiatives across a dynamic and high-profile practice area.
About the Role
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver targeted campaigns, manage key intermediary relationships, and support strategic planning. You will be instrumental in driving client engagement, enhancing visibility, and supporting the firm’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage intermediary relationship tracking and reporting.
- Support strategic business planning and budgeting processes.
- Track and communicate major case successes, new instructions, and client wins.
- Drive pipeline development and lead relationship initiatives.
- Champion the firm’s CRM system and maintain key mailing lists.
- Lead pitch processes, including RFPs, credentials, and client testimonials.
- Coordinate legal directory and award submissions.
- Collaborate on events such as seminars, webinars, and client hospitality.
- Maintain and update digital content across internal and external platforms.
- Conduct market and client research to support BD initiatives.
