About the Role:
This position focuses on delivering strategic business development (BD) support to the Real Estate practice group on a 10-month FTC. The role reports to the Head of Business Development and involves managing a BD Executive. The primary aim is to drive revenue growth and elevate the group's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with practice area leaders and the area of focus leader to draft business plans and lead the delivery of BD aspects of these plans.
- Take ownership of understanding various practice group offerings and explore cross-selling opportunities between different areas.
- Oversee and improve submissions for Legal 500 and Chambers rankings for agreed practice areas in London, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging.
- Identify market themes and review and share relevant competitor activity.
- Work with the events team and BD executive to deliver exceptional client events, considering opportunities to co-host with industry stakeholders, and ensure a solid return on investment.
