Carter Murray are partnering with a leading Global Recruitment Group who are headquartered in London seeking to hire a Bid Executive.
The Bid Executive provides 360-degree management of company bids and proposal activity, including lead qualification, content drafting and outcome tracking/reporting. This role works closely with stakeholders from across the group and at all levels of seniority and plays an important part in our cross-selling strategy.
The role holder will be responsible for the general end-to-end bids/proposals lifecycle, ensuring that all elements of pitch projects are coordinated and aligned with company strategy at a local and group level.
Responsibilities
Ownership of all proactive and reactive bid opportunities with prospective and existing clients.
Aligning all relevant stakeholders to ensure collaborative bids.
Formal bid writing and presentation building as required.
Maintain opportunity tracking/reporting to include win/loss metrics.
Compile all technical, operational and pricing information.
Maintain excellent internal relationships (Fee earners, Finance, Marketing) in order to know who to go to for information gathering purposes.
Technical Skills
2 years + bid and sales experience, preferably within the recruitment/professional services sector
Able to write high-calibre creative/commercial proposals
Experience in managing multiple complex bids simultaneously
Understand bid best practice and the end-to-end bid cycle
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
