The mission
- Support the commercial scale-up of a fast-growing energy technology platform
- Drive adoption across trading, commercial and operational energy market participants
- Help shape the next phase of go-to-market growth alongside executive leadership
- Operate within a high-performance, high-ownership commercial environment
The role
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close
- Drive new business across platform and subscription-based offerings
- Build pipeline across energy, trading and commercial market participants
- Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations
- Manage onboarding, customer engagement and account growth activities
- Work closely with leadership, product and engineering teams on commercial strategy and customer feedback
- Support expansion and renewal conversations across existing accounts
The profile
- 3-5+ years experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales within energy, commodities or power trading environments
- Strong commercial instinct with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable selling into both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Experience operating in fast-growth or early-stage environments
- Strong understanding of energy, trading or market analytics workflows
- High level of ownership, pace and adaptability
