The mission

  • Support the commercial scale-up of a fast-growing energy technology platform
  • Drive adoption across trading, commercial and operational energy market participants
  • Help shape the next phase of go-to-market growth alongside executive leadership
  • Operate within a high-performance, high-ownership commercial environment

The role

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close
  • Drive new business across platform and subscription-based offerings
  • Build pipeline across energy, trading and commercial market participants
  • Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations
  • Manage onboarding, customer engagement and account growth activities
  • Work closely with leadership, product and engineering teams on commercial strategy and customer feedback
  • Support expansion and renewal conversations across existing accounts

The profile

  • 3-5+ years experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales within energy, commodities or power trading environments
  • Strong commercial instinct with a hunter mentality
  • Comfortable selling into both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Experience operating in fast-growth or early-stage environments
  • Strong understanding of energy, trading or market analytics workflows
  • High level of ownership, pace and adaptability
