The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate Infrastructure Surveyor to play a leading role in delivering advice to major transport and infrastructure clients, with a particular focus on the South and Southeast. The role will be based out of our West Malling office; however, due to the nature of the portfolio, the successful candidate will be required to travel. Flexible working is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across rail, road, energy and transport, providing strategic and tactical advice on land acquisition, compulsory purchase, compensation and valuation matters including nationally significant schemes.
  • Negotiating land acquisition, options, leases and compensation/disturbance claims following works.
  • Managing statutory processes including CPO, access consents and third-party land rights.
  • Developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships and contributing to regional growth initiatives.
  • Leading, mentoring and managing surveyors, supporting professional development and high performance across the team.

Qualifications

  • Ideally you will be RICS qualified (MRICS) with extensive experience in infrastructure and/or property consultancy.
  • Experience in delivering and managing multiple infrastructure projects, ideally including CPO and compensation work, is essential to the role.
  • You will be a confident leader with proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • This role requires you to be commercially minded, with strong client, stakeholder and negotiation skills along with being highly organised, analytical and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
