We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced MRICS Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in Nottingham. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across the infrastructure sector, you will play a key role in delivering strategic property advice, leading negotiations and supporting landowners affected by major infrastructure schemes.

As an Associate Surveyor within our Infrastructure team, you will:
- Provide valuation advice relating to land and property interests.
- Lead negotiations on compensation claims on behalf of clients and landowners.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the local market.
- Deliver high-quality strategic and tactical advice to clients across a range of infrastructure projects.
- Support the continued growth of the business through business development and networking activities.
- Contribute to the development of efficient working practices, systems and processes across the team.
- Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, regulation and company policies.
- Manage and support surveyors across the team, helping to drive performance and client service excellence.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their professional development and career progression.
What will it take to be successful?
We're looking for an experienced MRICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer with a strong background in either the commercial or rural property sector. Ideally, you'll have an understanding of compulsory purchase and compensation, together with the confidence to advise clients on complex property matters and negotiate successful outcomes. You'll be a natural relationship builder who enjoys developing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional client service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to balance commercial awareness with professional expertise. Most importantly, you'll be an enthusiastic and collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others, developing talent and contributing to the success and growth of the wider Infrastructure team. A full UK driving licence is required.
