As an experienced planner you will be eager to develop your knowledge of the local area and the planning system. You will ideally have gained experience in analysis and interpretation on housing land supply evidence or socio-economic evidence and interpretation, though not essential. You will be able to work independently on projects and as part of a team. You will have experience preparing for and attending client meetings and will have strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude. You will be ambitious and proactive in your own development and will be keen to learn new skills.
