Our contract management team are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, motivated, and efficient individual to join as a key member of the team to deliver a high standard of service. You will be expected to liaise between the internal and external client to ensure maximum efficiency, KPI delivery and a high standard of service. You will join a team of 16 professionals, including administrators, coordinators, analysts, and managers. Based in our Birmingham hub office, you will be part of a community of over 100 colleagues across various divisions.

Main tasks:
- Analysing WIP figures from Business Central, working with large amounts of data, formatting and filtering for review by fee earners to maximise billing opportunity
- Processing client invoices
- Invoice tracking
- Liaising with clients, job managers and credit control to manage bad debts
- Providing support to the team with streamlining processes and reporting
- Reporting on a weekly / monthly basis to the team meeting
- Cross charging / consultant breakdown reporting
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with internal customer with regards to billing
- Working closely with the Carter Jonas Finance department
- Assist with monthly/quarterly and annual reporting
- Inbox management
- Query resolution
- Monitor Power BI reports, understanding the information and data presented
What will it take to be successful?
You will need strong IT skills with advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, v-lookup, advanced formatting etc). Experience within a busy finance environment or as an administrator would be advantageous, but not necessary as full training will be provided. You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage client relationships. As a strong team player, you need the ability to work in a busy environment, comfortable with multi-tasking, communicating directly with internal stakeholders and external contractors and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
