We’re on the look for a ferocious PR professional Account Manager, with key client experience across iconic automotive and/or consumer brands to join this action packed and passionate team. You don’t need to be a car fiend, but a good understanding and interest of the industry, its trends and development is of course relevant. The role here is to make these brands resonate with consumers, so your passion and energy will be paramount. This independent, employee owned agency has a reputation and matching gong cabinet for delivering stunning campaign work, creativity and dynamism in delivering first class results across a tight portfolio of high-profile brands.
About the Role:
- Work across multiple iconic car brands (involving automotive and consumer technology sectors especially)
- Work closely with the team leads, whilst supporting junior team members
- Develop strong content across multi-channels (b2c and b2b)
- Building effective client relationships
- Continually drive creativity throughout the accounts and the wider company, delivering unique ideas for campaigns and activations that add value to the client proposition.
- Run/manage media relations campaigns and full activations
- Creating Thought Leadership content with key global Execs.
- Managing team members – Plan, organise and prioritise workloads of teams
- Set up and run strategic planning sessions, brainstorms
- Adopt a proactive approach to seeking out new business opportunities.
- Preparing and assisting with new business pitches/presentations, in collaboration with the agencies Leadership team.
- Hybrid working with 3 office-based days per week (flex)
Responsibilities:
- Passionate about delivering high quality and effective communications with previous experience of consumer communications
- Able to demonstrate the delivery of results in both the PR and digital spheres
- Experience in and passion for the automotive industry
- Strong written skills and an ability to interpret often complex material
- Ability to produce creative content which is well targeted to a range of pitch perfect media
- Able to think and contribute creatively to turn an idea into an effective consumer campaign
- Experience of managing teams and a team player
- A strong communicator, able to manage upwards as well as prioritise their own work.
- Possesses the gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders.
- A strategic and creative thinker.
- Experience managing photo and video shoots.
- Tenacious, driven and resilient, with the appetite to build the Company business.
Pay range and compensation: £35k++
