An exciting new Account Director role with this small, boutique, fully independent agency. You will join their busy team working on some big-name brands in the lifestyle, homes / interiors and retail sector. Whilst it is predominantly a PR role, there is also influencer management involved as well as campaign work and event production.

The Role:
- Client management, results generation, digital social exposure
- Developing and implementing creative campaigns
- Working across a range of aspirational homes and interiors clients
- Team management and support up and down
- Company marketing and industry networking, together with other members of the senior team
- New business: lead generation, approaching prospects, developing creds material and case studies, pitching
Candidate specifications:
- A relevant background in Consumer lifestyle, retail, possibly homes, design, interiors and preferably big high street brand retail experience
- Good client handling skills: ability to forge and develop strong client relationships at all levels
- The ability to think strategically and creatively;
- Excellent relevant media and digital, social influencer contacts
- High energy, great communication and inter-personal skills, and able to deliver great results
- Commercial energy and skills: profitability, business planning, time management
- Good management and motivational skills: delegation, motivation and mentoring
- Campaign skills: strong strategic thinker and campaign developer, intuitive ability to spot trends, social media and digital development, feature placement, ideas generation
- Written skills: exceptional writing skills for proposals, social media, pitches, media relations
- Strong presentation skills for client reviews, new business pitches and networking
