Carter Burnett is committed to providing unrivalled costs advice and favorable settlements. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Law Costs Draftsperson / Costs Lawyer. The individual will be responsible for preparing and negotiating bills of costs, costs budgets, and points of dispute. Additional tasks include attending Costs Case Management Conferences, Detailed Assessment Hearings, and mediation sessions. The role requires regular consultations with solicitors and other legal professionals to manage costs issues effectively.
