The individual will be responsible for preparing and negotiating bills of costs, costs budgets, and points of dispute. Additional tasks include attending Costs Case Management Conferences, Detailed Assessment Hearings, and mediation sessions. The role requires regular consultations with solicitors and other legal professionals to manage costs issues effectively.
