About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support our growing corporate team. You’ll be working on real transactions from day one, supporting solicitors with M&A work, shareholder agreements, restructures, and general company law matters. You’ll have all the responsibility you can handle, including drafting key documents, liaising with clients, and preparing for completions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with company and business acquisitions and disposals.
- Support solicitors through all stages of corporate transactions.
- Draft ancillary documents (board minutes, resolutions, Companies House forms).
- Manage due diligence processes and maintain data rooms.
- Prepare completion checklists, bundles, and deal summaries.
- Conduct legal research and assist with general company secretarial matters.
- Liaise with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience
- Law degree (minimum 2:2 or equivalent).

- Previous experience as a paralegal in a corporate/commercial team is essential.
