We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support our growing corporate team. You’ll be working on real transactions from day one, supporting solicitors with M&A work, shareholder agreements, restructures, and general company law matters.
- Manage due diligence processes and maintain data rooms.
- Conduct legal research and assist with general company secretarial matters.
We value energy, enthusiasm, commercial sense, and the ability to build strong working relationships.
Requirements:
- Law degree (minimum 2:2 or equivalent).
- LPC (or SQE preparation) completed, with Company Law or M&A electives preferred.
- Previous experience as a paralegal in a corporate/commercial team is essential.
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and legal research tools.
- Familiarity with company secretarial software and virtual data rooms.
Career Progression: The right candidate may be considered for a future training contract or equivalent development opportunity within the firm.
