We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take on a key role in a busy, well-regarded property department, handling a broad range of high-quality work and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing and development work.
  • Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Provide clear, practical legal advice to a diverse client base including developers, investors, SMEs, and commercial landlords and tenants.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
  • Support more junior members of the team as appropriate.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the department.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial property.
  • Solid technical expertise in property law with the ability to work autonomously on complex matters.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to deliver pragmatic legal advice.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and client-care skills.
  • A proactive approach to business development and networking.
Desirable:
  • Experience with healthcare or retail sector property work.
  • Familiarity with property finance and development agreements.
  • Previous experience in supervising or mentoring junior fee earners.
