CARTEL and Co. is a creative management and production agency. We represent photographers, CGI studios, and AI artists, working with clients across fashion, luxury, and technology. We're hiring a junior producer / art director in London. You'd work across pre-production, art direction, and social.
Production
- Pre-production support: booking studios, crew, travel, and logistics
- Keeping shoots organized and moving
Brand & Social
- Managing our Instagram and LinkedIn
- Updating the website with new artist work
- Archiving and organizing artist material
- Building presentations and decks in Canva
Who we're looking for
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- A background in fashion or luxury is a plus
- Familiar with the photographers, stylists, and brands in the space
- A curiosity about AI and emerging tools - interest or experience with AI agents and workflow tools is a plus (not required)
