Carta is seeking an experienced Onboarding Lead to own the early client journey from contract to successful handoff. You will coordinate timelines, align internal teams, and operate as the primary client contact during onboarding.
You’ll work closely with AEs, legal delivery, and CSM to set client expectations, manage risks, and ensure a smooth start that drives long-term value and retention.
