You will work with new venture capital funds as they navigate the process of forming a new fund. That process involves advising them on best practices and referring them to additional vendors which may include fund formation lawyers and tax professionals. You will also work with established and upmarket fund managers, providing consultative advice to help them improve their fund operations and LP communications with Carta's industry leading technology. Technical' refers to product and fund accounting knowledge (such as financial and equity technicalities including but not limited to waterfall, financial reporting, analytics, etc.).Communication fluency with executives particularly in finance and legal domain is required. Provide product and technical financial expertise to drive meaningful progress towards a team quarterly revenue goal. You will have an interest in software products built to solve technical financial problems. You will be interested in talking to prospective customers,helping them to build and solve their operational problems.
