Carta Law UK is seeking a Senior Contract Lawyer to lead high‑value pre‑M&A negotiations and manage senior client relationships within Carta’s private funds practice.

You will supervise external counsel and drive adoption of Carta Ava, High Q, and CLM/e‑signature tools across the team.

You will mentor junior lawyers, contribute to strategy, and help evolve our standard clauses and playbooks, aligning legal advice with business goals.
