Carta is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build and scale internal platform services, ensuring reliability and performance across Carta's applications.

You will design monitoring and incident response, and collaborate with software engineers to scale architectures for growth.

You will work with Python, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres on AWS, and contribute to CI/CD and security practices across a global infra.

Strong communication and AI-enabled tooling experience are valued.
