Carta, Inc. is seeking a senior contracts lawyer to join its private funds legal team in London.

You will negotiate complex pre‑M&A contracts and advise on regulatory risk, data privacy, and commercial strategy.

You’ll mentor junior lawyers, partner with fund CFOs and asset managers, and help scale Carta Ava and other tools. UK/Europe/US/Canada licensing is supported; 3+ PQE required.
