The Role
At Carta, our employees set out on a mission to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places. We believe that the problems we solve today unlock the opportunities of tomorrow. As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you’ll work to:
- Run Full-Funnel Regional Campaigns: Own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. These may support product launches, new market entries, or regional GTM plays tailored to specific audience segments such as PE firms and VC firms.
- Collaborate Across Functions to Execute Campaigns: Work cross-functionally with content, brand, events, digital, and product teams to bring campaigns to life. Ensure creative, messaging, and tactics are aligned to business goals. Campaigns should span a mix of owned and paid channels, such as social media, paid digital (Google & LinkedIn), email marketing, virtual events, physical events & workshops, and gifting programs.
- Own End-to-End Execution: Take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle - from planning to launch to post-mortem - ensuring timelines are met, messaging is consistent, and execution is seamless across all channels.
- Performance & Optimisation: Measure and analyse campaign performance, including engagement metrics, attribution, and pipeline impact. Apply insights to continually optimise campaign strategies and execution.
