Carta Law's UK Contracts team is seeking a Contract Lawyer to independently negotiate high volumes of pre-M&A contracts and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for sophisticated investment fund and asset manager clients. Licensed to practise in the UK/Europe/US/Canada with 3+ PQE, you balance legal risk with business objectives and continuously improve Carta Ava, HighQ, and CLM/e-sign workflows.
