The Carta UK Contracts team is looking for a Paralegal – Contracts to join in London. You’ll help manage investment-related NDAs, drafting and first-round markup, and coordinate workflows to keep contracts moving with speed and accuracy.
You’ll support UK lawyers with high-volume, deadline-driven work, balancing commercial pragmatism with legal precision, and help build scalable processes for private funds and SPVs.
