Carta Law in the UK is seeking a Junior Paralegal to join the Funds team. You will rotate across or specialise in one of three practice areas, supporting investor onboarding, transfer documents, and high-volume matters with embedded AI tools.

As part of a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you’ll develop commercial and legal expertise toward qualification via the SQE route, collaborating with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client work.
