As we continue to grow, we are expanding our capability and are looking to bring in additional Growth Producers to strengthen how we deliver work across the business.

The Role

We are hiring a Producer / Programme & Project Manager to work alongside our Growth Directors and wider team. This role sits at the centre of how we deliver work. You will take responsibility for turning strategy and client requirements into clear, well-managed delivery across multiple projects and retainers.

How We Work

Our model is simple and structured:

  • Growth Directors lead client relationships, define strategy and set direction
  • Producers work with them to shape plans, structure activity and manage delivery
  • Specialists deliver the work across creative, content, digital and campaigns

As a Producer, you sit at the heart of this flow — connecting strategy to execution and ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time and within scope.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working with Growth Directors to translate strategy into clear delivery plans
  • Building timelines, workflows and task plans
  • Briefing internal teams and external specialists
  • Managing delivery across projects and retained work
  • Keeping work on track, within scope and aligned to priorities
  • Supporting reporting, billing and commercial tracking
  • Using tools such as Monday.com and WorkflowMax to manage delivery
  • Identifying risks early and resolving issues quickly
  • Ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Clear and confident communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Commercial awareness (time, scope, budgets)
  • Attention to detail and high standards of delivery
  • Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with project management tools is preferred

What You’ll Get

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Extra holiday per year of service (up to 5 extra days)
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic work
  • Involvement in a wide range of projects across sectors
  • A well-established, supportive and experienced team
  • Clear progression into senior delivery and leadership roles as the business grows
  • Team incentives linked to business performance

Why This Role Matters

This is a key role within the business. You will:

  • Play a central role in how work is delivered
  • Work closely with senior Growth Directors
