The Role:
Our Service Support Advisors are individuals who have a friendly and welcoming approach, who are customer focused, well presented and highly organised.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a service/aftersales team, but not essential as full training will be given. Working as a fundamental part of our Aftersales team you will liaise directly with customers to answer their queries including taking telephone bookings and providing progress updates, this is in addition to ensuring that all the relevant records and administrative processes are completed. You must also be able to work well in a high-volume environment. Please note to be considered for this role you must possess a full driving license.
