Job Summary

Based at our Head Office in Hessle we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Delivery Service Advisor to provide a comprehensive aftersales service for our customers who have purchased their car via our Home Delivery service.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise administrative duties ensuring service-related paperwork and reporting is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide estimates for servicing and repairs with accurate timescales.
• Full control over job card interaction and organisation managing its journey from start to finish..
• Handle customer payments and coordinate loaner vehicles.
• Contact customers by call & email to be a great liaison between the supplying branch and customer.
• Conduct pre-calls with customers.
• Offer advice and guidance of a technical nature to customers as required.
• Update customers as required regarding their vehicle, progress of work being carried out, additional requirements and future needs.
• Work with colleagues within Branch and sub-contractors, functions and departments to ensure a seamless experience for all customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction; ask if there is anything else we can help them with.

Requirements

• Customer orientated
• Great verbal and written communication
• Planning and organisational skills
• Focus on problem resolution
• Knowledge of the Automotive industry, service and Aftersales an advantage

• A salary of £26,000 (40 hours / week Monday – Friday including 5 in 7 Saturday mornings)
