About The Role

We are currently looking for an Event Inbox Lead on a 12 Month fixed term basis, for a client dedicated account at a global management consulting firm. In this role, you will oversee two large-scale annual event inboxes serving as the primary expert for ensuring smooth and timely communication with top-tier stakeholders. You will lead and coordinate the inbox team, maintain efficient processes, and ensure that every inquiry receives the appropriate response, fostering a high standard of service and consistency.

You Will Have:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for effective interaction.
  • Flexibility and independent thinking, balancing SOP adherence with creativity.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethics in all partnerships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Transferable project management skills.
  • Customer service experience in dynamic environments.

You Might Also Have:

  • Resource planning and team coverage scheduling experience.
  • Event operations or program management background.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Trello or Monday.
  • Exposure to global, fast-paced organisational environments.

You Should Know:

  • This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
  • This role can be offered as hybrid with time spent in the Fleet office or UK Remote.
  • Our standard working hours are 9.00 - 17.30 with an hour break.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • You must have the ability and want to travel in the UK and Overseas on occasion if required.
